I had an experience that didn't start out that way. I has initially thought I had been over charged. Only to find out that it was a complete misunderstanding. The owner intervened and explained everything to me and not only was I not over charged but I had actually been under charged. He even went so far as to give me a credit for my inconvenience. This is not the only favorable experience I've had with them. I feel confident with them working on my car and would recommend them to anyone.
The service was amazing. It was a day before Thanksgiving, and I needed brakes, calipers, and rotors. I called to check at Pep Boys and they told me it would be $1100 to get it done. I checked with Waynes and it was $633. Great price, and it was done pretty quick. No problems. I found my new regular shop now!!
The guys here are compassionate and fair. We like them and will definitely come back for additional work.
