Every time that me or my family goes to Midas Cody the manager and Dave the Assistant Manger always are pleasant , and helpful. I have recommended several of my friends to this Midas location , and they have received great service. Always hard working and always willing to help people and NOT rip them off. I do feel that Cody and Dave should receive a raise or some type of compensation for the great work they do.
I got online for a tire quote from Midas. I had the quote online, and in writing. I then called to schedule the install. Spoke to Dave for 30 minutes. He told me to go ahead and schedule the install online. I did...for a week out. (7 days from that date) I then got an email confirmation. I went to the store this Tuesday morning. Dave told me the 4 tires were $157 more than the online quote. When I disputed it, showed him my quote. He then said the quote tire number was the wrong tire number on my quote and he didn't have the tire. It was a different number. Cody tried to upsell me into another tire knowing I took off work to get tires for winter. I felt the two men were trying a "bait and switch" me into a more expensive tire. Needless to say, a wasted week, wasted trip to that store. Bad bad experience. I did not buy from them. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM! And, I will tell my entire company what crooks they are. Don't go to this Midas. Mismanaged and DISHONEST!! Cody and Dave are bad con artists. This Doctor is on to their game. Heading to another tire store!
I have been going to this Midas for 7 years with 3 different vehicles. The service is always top notch and that staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. A few years back I had to get a pretty time consuming repair done out of nowhere. the manager there offered to drive me back to my house a few miles away. More than 5 stars if I could.
This is where I've taken my Kia since I got it 3 years ago. Always really accommodating if they aren't able to get you in right away. Cody is usually the one at the front desk when I've gone in, super nice guy. Never had an issue with anything/anyone there.
Cody and Dave are honest guys who do a great job. I’ve been going here for several years and these guys communicate clearly and never push for unneeded work.
