Best rental car experience ever! Had minor issues with the process but they were handled quickly and professionally, nothing to do with this location (online issues). This place is fast and friendly, no worries at all
Door closes before 5:30pm and billed for next day even after key drop after waiting 5 mins. Simply cheating, because if someone have appointment to pick or drop cars @5:30pm , is this process will not take 2-3 mins. Either the system should not give appointment of time 5:30PM. Sometimes even 1-2 mins will take by park the car knock the door.
The folks here are super friendly. By far the best Avis location I use (I travel 3 days a week for work, so I have a fair number of locations to compare it to). Cars are almost always available immediately.
Horrible customer service. In 3 days went through 3 vehicles. Had issues with windshield molding coming off, wipers and fluid did not work making the rainy travel dangerous. Also was given a vehicle that was disgustingly dirty that had maintenance required light on. The third vehicle has the fender sticking out and the windows were so dirty on the inside that we sat at the rental facility cleaning the windows in order to see out of them. At the 3 locations I went to the clerks were rude and gave me a hard time for requesting a vehicle that did not have any issues attached. I was also sent away from one location with the molding on the windshield hanging off only to be sent back there an hour later by roadside assistance, to exchange the vehicle. The manager there had first told me he had no vehicles and yelled at me for coming to that location, as I was directed by the previous location, because he didn't have anything for me. The vehicle he eventually gave me had the maintenance light on. This was my first experience with Budget and I will never use them again.

Very poor customer service; go someplace else. First, the people are rude, which I could tolerate since I don't have to deal with them all the time. However ... I purchased 10 x $100 Budget coupons from Verizon Smart Rewards at $90 each. When I picked up my rental I gave the certificates to the associate assuming the $1,000 would be credited to my account. When I returned the vehicle the credit was not reflected on the bill even though I was told it was taken care of. I gave it a couple weeks to see if the certificates would be credited to my account yet they never have been. I've spent 4 months emailing with Budget customer service getting delayed responses (as much as 30 days) and repeatedly asked for information I already provided. Finally, they said I am due a credit and all I have to do is mail the coupons (which I already told them I turned in) to the main office. TRUST IS A HUGE ISSUE WITH THIS OFFICE, take my advice and go somewhere else.
