DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!! I recently rented a car for a week from them filled up the tank before I returned it then a few days later there was another charge from them on my card for 50 dollars called Avis they had me call corporate and they had made a note I didn't put gas in it! So shady I had to email them a bank statement showing my transaction at speedway because I didn't get a paper receipt and they still won't take the charge off because it is not the paper receipt. This company does not care about costumers and all they want to do it charge you extra fees! I will never do business here again.
I made a reservation at this Avis location and received confirmation on the car requested. Upon arrival I was informed they had no vehicles available. To top that off, there was no apology or explanation. I asked if another location would have something available and the customer service woman dismissed me saying "there's nothing available". Thank you for ruining the excellent service I have had for years with Avis.
I preferr to rent here over going to the airport. Generally have what I need. Great staff, too.
