Took my beater of a hard tail mountain bike to have the crank greased. Mason went above and beyond to do some additional repairs at no additional cost. Not only that, he had it done the next day! I was in the market for my third Bianchi. Mason sent me out on 4 test rides on various size frames until I was comfortable with the size before we ordered an Intenso Ultegra. It was delivered In 3 days. He is very personable and professional. I've dealt with most of the shops in town. This is a real bikers bike shop.
Above and beyond! We were biking the Ohio to Erie trail and A few miles south of their shop I bent my rim. They had one in stock and just a little over an hour they had me on the road again! Thanks for your great service guys.
