Not a shop in Columbus I have not visited after my friend's bike was stolen few months ago, we're talking about over 20 places. They are the most professional people around, Ryan and Jon are great managers, and wonderful individuals.
They have ordered a bike for us to try, without even asking for a dime, and have negotiated a 12 months payment when it was supposed to be a initially... Jon has delivered to our home the very same day of the purchase - on his free time - for a ridiculous amount of money... you can call that customer service!

I recently Purchased a Trek Roscoe 8 and LOVE it!!! Michael was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. He also helped me make the transition to tubeless. Will be taking my bike back there after I inevitably do something stupid on it and need to re adjust something

They are great partners, mostly if you compare with all these smooth operators downtown, who are so unprofessional... maybe an exception would be another shop nearby called 'Roll' on Polaris, but who wants to buy a Giant??? jajajajaja
This place the absolute best!!!! Not only do we get outstanding customer service EVERY TIME we're there, but the reps have proven that they're all about getting you on the right bike. My husband and I are new to cycling, and stepped in Trek Westerville for the first time a couple weeks ago. We basically new nothing about the sport or about Trek for that matter. Since then they have continued to educate us and patiently work with us as we grow more and more on our cycling journey. The conclusion of my little market study was: best ideas often come lately, because I had no clue one should visit Westerville to eventually discover this little heaven, when there are so many shops in the city...
I was heading out of town on a multi day bike trip and found I was missing a screw for my bike rack. I stopped in to see if they could help me out and almost before I knew it, a new screw was in and I was back on the road. I really appreciate their friendly and competent service. Highly recommended.
What is more, you do not compare Trek with any other brand, forget about Santa Cruz, DiamondBack, Fuji, Schinn or whatever... even the entry line is so much better than any other bargain you would find for twice the price elsewhere... Trek has the reputation to be pricy, but these people make it accessible to the masses!
