Friendly, helpful staff, and nothing but the highest quality pet supplies! I love Pet People - though they tend to be priced a bit higher than say Petsmart, they offer a punch card system on a lot of their foods that negates that, and their staff go through a much more thorough pet nutrition training than most other pet stores.
Very friendly staff and let knowable. Keep an eye out for special events. At Christmas (and a few other times a year) they have photographers come in to take pet portraits, they do a good job at OK prices. In general not the cheapest place for pet products, but good selection of raw and higher end food and toys.
Great selection of dog food, treats, and toys! Even got a birthday cake for my dog and he loved it.
I'm grateful that they carry NutriSource brand food but I really don't like how the staff swoops down on me as soon as I walk in the door. They try way too hard! If I need help I'll ask! If I could buy NutriSource someplace else I would.
Extremely helpful with good ideas when I need help! They seriously love their job and have excellent people skills!!
