I don't usually do reviews but since Tatum was so helpful and understanding during a pretty hard time of fast paced moving. She was quick but professional with all the paperwork! She even came back out while she saw us struggling later on in the day to put the lock back on. Thank you so much Tatum!
Nice place, but cant ever get anyone to pick up the phone there been calling for 2 hours with no response
Jennifer, the manager, was fantastic! She provided us with EXCELLENT customer service, took the time to personally show us two separate units and answered our many questions. The property is clean and well-maintained, the storage units are individually lit and security is good. We were pleased with the monthly rate and that there's no contract, and ended up renting a unit. We really appreciated Jennifer's obvious commitment to her customers...this location is a great choice for your storage needs!
I enjoyed public storage Westerville they real friendly and take care of your need. the lady name Bethanie, was so nice and understanding I would always place my things there anytime. very good service and you don't have to worry about your storage.
