Our sales rep was courteous, timely and straightforward when it came to pricing and what we should expect. Also didn't hurt that the quote price came in significantly lower than the other guys out there. Our new roof was completed in a single day and our property was left clean and tidy.
I would not recommend using this company, I was given an appointment time when someone would come out to look at my chimney and no one showed up. When I called I was constantly re-routed to an answering service, when I finally reached someone they directed my call to the person who was supposed to come look at my chimney, he promised me he would be there and did not show up. Not worth the hassle so I have gone to another company. I have called over a dozen times in the last week, not how I would run a business.
