Called 30 minutes ahead and still hasn't pulled the gallon for mix when I arrived. Then both employees bullshittig w another contractor and didn't even acknowledge I was there for a few minutes and seemed put out to have to get the order ready when they finally did. Go to south state street store if you need paint. North store is always a waste of time, I buy 60 gallons or so a month and of all the Columbus stores this one is usually the least professional and slowest.
The staff is exceptional!
I've always been treated professionally and the employees are very helpful. I've even gotten reminder calls when they have special deals.
We get the paint for all our projects and room updates from SW and we love the results!
