While I am not a fan of their E.R., the other services they provide range from good to great. Their Family Practice is very good and you can usually get appointments easily and quickly. I have also had good experiences with their Imaging Center and their OB/GYN clinic. I have heard their Maternity Ward is very good as well.
Horrible ER, rooms are dark and dingy (no windows). Dirty, dirty, dirty. Untrained staff in our room. Used my wife's ER visit to train them (what the heck). Here is a picture of the dust bunnies on the lamp in room. No privacy policy apparently, when we walked past other rooms in ER, multiple patients were being seen without curtains closed. If you live near Columbus you have many hospital choices. Unless you are bleeding out I recommend choosing a different hospital.
If you have any choice do not come to this hospital for anything. They just about killed my sister and now they are doing it to my niece and her baby. They don't have a clue what they are doing.
I had my little one here dec 8,2016 (so yesterday), they have helped me so much with everything and were so attentive with me and my daughter katherine helping any possible way they can, while i was going into labor and after, they checked on me alot and her i spiked a fever while being in labor for awhile they thought i may have an infection so there doing everything to keep an eye on it will my little one and me are still doing good they keep checking for fevers and ect . Im a first time mom and they have treated me and her amazingly its been a great experience they tell me things i may need to know or ask if i need to know anything that way im prepared for when we go home tomorrow , they help with even the littlest of things which is great for anyone who is a first time mom needed help and not knowing how to do something. I was scared going into labor because its my first time but the nurses here are really amazing i havent had a bad one they all are just great and caring id suggest anyone to come here if they want to feel like they are in good hands and so is there baby ,because you are if i ever have kids again ill definitely make sure ill come back here
Thank you for taking care of me and getting me back on my feet (literally). I forgot her name but the one nurse that is at ER and has dark hair, younger, with black uniform is the one who took extra time to help the doctor’s diagnose me. Thank you so much!!!
