I was there as a visitor. Didn't interact with the staff, though the family seemed to like them. Could use a little sprucing up, but was clean and neat.
I don't know if I would want to rate a funeral home. I only visited here, I never had to use their services.
I was there as a visitor and that place hasn't changed in 30 years. It's old and dirty looking.The carpet is a mess and it is really out dated.The place needs redecorated. I certainly would not use them if I needed an undertaker. I only gave them one star because it was required to be able to post this.
The employees were very insensitive and gave us horrible service. They acted like they didn’t know what to do and there was only one person working, running back and forth trying to do everything. We had to constantly ask them questions about things they should have been walking us through (what time the limo is coming, if we could get an obituary in the paper, we had to order our own flowers and they mentioned nothing about it...” I would not recommend ANYONE to go to this funeral home. When we arrived at the funeral, they dropped us off at the WRONG door in the rain and PULLED OFF. We did not know where to go and the funeral home employee was of NO assistance to us. They never once offered sympathy or condolences to my family while we were going through such a hard time. The only reason we used them is because my grandmother went to school with the owner and that’s who she requested. It’s time for them to go out of business because they obviously don’t know what they’re doing.
