Disappointed you couldn't be bothered to help me find a gift for my daughter-in-law. I made a special trip to your shop for the very reason that I am not knowledgeable about wine and wanted guidance in finding a good bottle of wine for someone who is also no expert. You left me to attend to a customer making a purchase (completely expected) but once done there you turned your attention to a customer who had come in after I had. Perhaps my ignorance was too much of a challenge? Won't be back.

The woman who was ringing up my sale stopped in the middle of the transaction to talk to some friends. I mean she left me hanging and walked away from the register. A minute or two later she took my cash and completed the transaction. Awkward indeed.
Meza employs a wonderfully knowledgeable staff that can help you select wines in all price ranges and variaties. They also have wine tastings and small plates in addition to wine by the glass. If you are in uptown Westerville you would be remiss to skip this awesome shop.
The owner's quick response and explanation are enough for me to reconsider. I definitely plan to visit Meza again and will look at this first experience as a fluke.
